A simple cloth option

Step 1: isolate the device from power
Turn the panel off and unplug it before wiping. Handle the plug rather than tugging the cable. Work with dry hands and keep the unplugged electrical connector out of the cleaning area. If you find a damaged cord, loose connection, liquid intrusion or another fault, stop using the device and contact the manufacturer. The HG manual says there are no user-serviceable parts and warns against attempted repairs.
Step 2: prepare a clean, lightly damp cloth
Use a cloth free from grit and leftover household cleaner. Wring out excess water so it will not drip. Apply moisture to the cloth, not as a spray aimed at the device. This is a conservative way to carry out the manual's damp-wipe direction while respecting its separate warning not to wash electrical parts or expose the panel to running water.
Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning chemicals. Do not assume alcohol, a lens spray or a bathroom disinfectant is acceptable because it is familiar from cleaning something else. For residue that does not lift with the permitted wipe, ask Hooga for a method compatible with the specific surface.
Step 3: wipe accessible exterior surfaces gently
Keep moisture away from plugs, switches and ventilation openings. Do not open the housing to reach dust or push a wet cloth through a grille. If contamination is inside the device, the task has moved beyond the basic care described in the manual. Cleaning is not a substitute for repair or a safety inspection after damage.
Step 4: let it dry and recheck the setup
Do not power the device until it is dry. Inspect the surface, cord and stand before returning it to the usual location. Make sure no cloth or other item is left covering the cooling fans. Store the panel in a cool, dry place as the manual directs.
What this routine does not promise
A visibly clean panel is not necessarily disinfected. This guide does not establish a process for clinical use or sharing equipment after contact with infectious material.
